Hi, I’m Alison.
I work with individuals navigating growth, transition, and deeper processes of self-understanding, identity, and relational development. My approach is integrative and experiential, bridging personal and transpersonal perspectives.
Shaped by years of coaching clients in ketamine-assisted therapy, training in holistic health, and a lifelong engagement with creative and spiritual practice, my work reflects a sensitivity to process, rhythm, and the unfolding nature of experience.
My practice is an affirming space where I support life transitions, existential exploration, attachment, and relational dynamics, as well as psychedelic integration, spiritual growth, chronic illness, and burnout. I work both reflectively and somatically, supporting emotional insight alongside nervous system regulation to help clients cultivate greater stability, clarity, and self-trust.
Having lived and worked across diverse urban, rural, and international contexts, I recognize that our stories, relationships, and sense of belonging play an essential role in the healing process. At the heart of my work is facilitating the development, efficacy, and transformation of my clients, supporting a more authentic and relationally fulfilling way of being.
I am currently training in Restoration Therapy, a model that explores relational cycles underlying emotional reactions and patterns.
Alison is a current masters-level student intern under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT.
Alison currently sees clients online throughout Oregon.

Life Transitions, Existential Exploration, Attachment and Intimacy
Areas of Specialty:
Life transitions are significant changes — planned or unexpected — like career shifts, divorce, loss, becoming a parent, or aging, that disrupt a person's sense of identity and stability, often bringing grief for what was left behind alongside anxiety about what comes next.
Existential exploration in therapy helps clients engage with fundamental questions of meaning, purpose, and mortality — moving from avoidance or anxiety around these questions toward a more authentic and intentional way of living.
Attachment and intimacy work explores how early relational experiences shape a person's capacity for closeness — identifying the patterns that block vulnerable, secure connection in adult relationships.
