Resources We’ve Gathered

…that we believe in sharing.

Sometimes what you need isn't us — it's a crisis line at 2am, a support group across town, help with rent while you get your footing. We've gathered what we can here.

Reaching for one of these isn't a detour from getting better, and it isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. Good support comes from a lot of directions, and the people and organizations below do work we trust. Use whatever's useful. Take what you need and leave the rest.

If you're already working with one of our therapists, they're always glad to help you find the right resource too — just ask.

If you need help right now:

You don't have to be in danger to reach out to these. If things feel like too much, that's reason enough.
