Hi, I’m Bobbi.
I offer a thoughtful, supportive space for people who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Through a heart-centered and holistic approach to therapy, I recognize that there is no singular route to self-work. I’m here to support clients on a range of topics, including trauma, women’s issues, relationships, life transitions, grief, and anxiety. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, I specialize in reproductive experiences, including fertility challenges, family planning, pregnancy loss, birth anxiety and preparation, birth processing, postpartum, women’s health challenges, sexual issues, body image, and chronic pain.
I work within a trauma-informed lens to support all clients, and I focus on incorporating internal family systems, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and restoration therapy to support my clients in finding the awareness and confidence to come home to themselves.
Bobbi is a current master’s-level student intern under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT.
Bobbi currently sees clients online throughout Oregon and in-person in Sisters, OR.

Approach:
Teens, Individual, Couples, + Family Therapy
Individual Therapy is when a therapist helps one singular person through different areas of concern. Typically to address personal, professional, emotional, and psychological concerns.
Couples Therapy is when all partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and build a stronger bond.
Family Therapy is when all members of a family involved in the conflict are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and strengthen the family unit.
Areas of Specialty:
Reproductive Health, Children of Alcoholics, Body Image & Sex Therapy
Reproductive Health encompasses the emotional and psychological dimensions of fertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustment, abortion, perimenopause, and reproductive identity — recognizing that reproductive experiences can carry profound grief, trauma, identity shifts, and relational stress that deserve dedicated therapeutic attention.
Children of alcoholics often present with survival-based patterns — hypervigilance, people-pleasing, shame, and difficulty trusting — developed in childhood to cope with an unpredictable home environment that continue to quietly shape relationships and self-worth in adulthood.
Body image and sex therapy addresses how shame or disconnection from one's body directly impacts sexual desire, arousal, and intimacy — recognizing that healing sexual difficulties often requires working through underlying body image wounds first.
