Hi, I’m Brooke.

Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist.  I specialize in helping couples and individuals find clarity, connection, and meaningful change. I’m certified in Restoration Therapy and integrate tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). What that means is: our work will blend practical strategies with deep, compassionate exploration of the patterns that shape your life and relationships. We shape the process around what you need most. I help people break free from cycles that cause disconnection and build new ways of relating with clarity and intention. My style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in respect for your unique story. I strive to build strong connections with my clients to facilitate growth, lasting change, and empowerment.

Outside of my work I like to spend my time in nature, whether hiking with my dog Lewis or camping under the open sky. I enjoy exploring new places, reading novels, and doing some creative activities that foster curiosity and growth. These same qualities shape how I approach my work with clients.

Brooke is a current Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Oregon under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT and Katie Keck, LMFT.

Brooke currently sees clients online through Oregon and in person in Tigard, OR.

Approach:

Couples Therapy is when all partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time by the same therapist. Typically to improve communication and build a stronger bond.

Areas of Specialty:

Couples, Anxiety, Early Recovery from Substance Abuse

Anxiety is the mind and body's threat-response system misfiring in the absence of actual danger — producing fear, worry, and physical symptoms that are meant to protect us but instead interfere with daily functioning.

Early recovery is the most vulnerable phase of sobriety — typically the first year — where the focus is on stabilizing, managing cravings and triggers, and building the coping skills and support systems needed to sustain long-term recovery without substances.

Certifications:

A Level I certified RT therapist has been trained in Restoration Therapy — Terry Hargrave's research-based model combining Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to help clients identify painful relational patterns and move toward genuine, lasting restoration.

Restoration Therapy Level I

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a structured, evidence-based therapy to help people identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, recognizing that changing how we think directly shifts how we feel and behave and replace them with more balanced ones, leading to shifts in emotional response and behavior.

CBT

ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) treats OCD by gradually exposing a person to their triggers while preventing the compulsive response — teaching the brain that anxiety will naturally subside without the ritual.
