Hi, I’m Dylan.
I believe that the capacity for connection and peace is already with us all and that the therapeutic process is revealing this power when it is hidden. I view therapy as an adventure, and my role in it is to be your faithful companion along the difficult parts of the path. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and teens and adults who feel they have lost touch with their sense of self-worth and self-compassion. I am committed to supporting the journey with curiosity, a sense of humor, and solid trust in the lived experience, wisdom, and strengths of my clients.
Dylan is a current masters-level student intern under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT.
Dylan currently sees clients online throughout Oregon.
