As an AuDHD, queer, and non-monogamous therapist, Emily understands the unique challenges facing clients in the neurodivergent, LBGTQIA+, and non-monogamous communities. Based in Portland, Oregon and practicing solely online through Telehealth, Emily works with clients in both Oregon and Washington to develop a deeper sense of self-knowledge, self-compassion, and acceptance. She is focused on fostering an inclusive, and body/sex-positive environment for growth. Emily has experience with neurodiverse clients across the ADHD and Autism spectrum as well as clients in open/polyamorous relationships, and her work is kink aware and affirming, as well as LGBTQ+ and gender affirming. Emily offers a non-judgmental space for growth and exploration, with commitment to authenticity and depth-oriented counseling practices. Emily works to help provide each client with a new perspective on life, creating room for more joy, fulfillment, and creating lasting change. 

Emily offers ADHD and Autism assessments for adult clients wanting to gain better self-understanding. Emily's work focuses on individual clients who are 18+ years old as well as couples, throuples, and polycules.

Emily is a current Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon and a Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT and Katie Keck, LMFT.
