Hi, I’m Sheri.

Sheri believes that each person knows themselves best and trusts that everyone has within themselves the ability to heal. Sheri works hard to create a safe space where you feel heard. She has experience working with infertility, pregnancy loss, pre- & post-natal care including breastfeeding issues, adoption, neurodiversity including autism and ADHD, crisis care including self-injury, grief and loss, and religious trauma.

Sheri has an eclectic background and comes to the field after most recently being a farmer where she raised everything from pigs to alpacas. Her family is formed through adoption and biology and she and her family love playing board games while camping. Sheri enjoys hanging out with her dogs, hiking, and knitting.

Sheri is a current Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT and Katie Keck, LMFT.

Sheri currently sees clients online throughout Oregon and in person in Bend, Oregon.
